Hemen Maternal and Children’s Speciality Medical Center (Hemen MCH) was established in 2008 (2000 E.C.) with the aim of availing high quality maternal and children’s health services in Ethiopia and to contribute to the ongoing effort of improving the health sector in the country. Hemen was founded and is owned by reknowned medical doctors recognized for their work in the field of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
Currently, Hemen MCH provides services in the specialized area of Maternal and Children’s Health: Obstetrics, Gynecology, Family Planning, Infertility Treatment, HIV/AIDS care and support, Adolescent Health, Pediatrics, Vaccinations, Breast and Abdominal Ultrasounds, Laboratory Examinations, X-ray Imaging, and Pharmaceutical Services.
Hemen MCH delivers accredited special health services in its new 4 story building located in the central location of 4-kilo. The facilities are well-equipped to accommodate 50 in-patients and above 200 out-patients at a given time.
